Engel & Völkers reach expands as Juwai partners with JD.com
Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach will now have access to 292.5 million more Chinese real estate consumers as Juwai partners with JD.com.
Juwai, which means “home overseas”, is a web site visited by thousands of Chinese buyers each day from over 403 cities throughout China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach has an established relationship with Juwai, representing our US properties to Chinese consumers for over a year.
The partnership with JD.com, China’s largest e-commerce retailer, will enable JD.com’s 292.5 million customers to research and buy property online more easily, by allowing them to browse and view real estate listings for properties from the US directly on JD.com.
